UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery costs £4.95 and is free on orders over £100 after discounts.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

All parcels are packed in plain, insulated packaging with a cold pack.

For safety and quality reasons we can't accept returns of products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, including delivery.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the products are unopened and still sealed. Tell us by email, then return the items within 14 days. We'll refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the items back. You pay the cost of returning them unless they were faulty or sent in error.

These terms don't affect your statutory rights.

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is operated by Evora UK ("Evora", "we", "us").

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe products will be used for other purposes, and will refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep all information accurate; if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we'll contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Delivery, returns and cancellation are covered in the sections above.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

This policy explains how Evora UK ("Evora", "we") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website. We are the data controller. Contact us about anything in this policy at {{support_email}}.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the products you order and the payment method you choose.
• Unfinished checkouts: if you enter your email at checkout but don't complete the order, we keep that email, your name and cart contents.
• Messages and reviews: what you send through the contact form or email, and reviews you submit (your name, rating, text and optional email).
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To process, deliver and support your order (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and follow up on an unfinished checkout (legitimate interests).
• To send newsletters or offers, only if you've signed up (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the shop: our delivery couriers, payment provider, website hosting and email providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your data. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for six years to meet tax law. Unfinished checkout details and messages are kept only as long as they're needed. Approved reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses your browser's storage for essential features only: your cart, a discount code you've applied and your age confirmation. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email {{support_email}} and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Age

Our products are sold to adults only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
