How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can also see it under Orders in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been packed. Email {{support_email}} with your order number as soon as possible.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, but an account lets you view past orders and reorder quickly.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
UK orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day with Tracked 24, usually arriving the next working day.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels are plain and unbranded, with no product names on the outside.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is a flat £10 with Royal Mail tracking. International delivery is £35.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to most countries. We currently can't ship to Russia or Spain.

Who can buy from Evora?
You must be 18 or over to order. Our products are not licensed medicines; please read our terms before ordering.
Where can I see the certificate of analysis?
Every batch is third-party tested. Find the batch number on your label and search it on our COAs page to see the Janoshik lab report.
What is the Wolverine Stack?
The Wolverine Stack (also called the Wolverine Blend or BPC/TB Stack) combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in one product. See the Wolverine Stack page for ingredients, COA and storage information.
What is in the GLOW Blend?

What is KLIKJARO?
KLIKJARO is Evora's tirzepatide product, available in 40mg and 60mg. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist peptide. See KLIKJARO 40mg.
What does "lyophilised" mean?
Freeze-dried. Removing water makes compounds much more stable for storage and shipping.
Storage
How should I store my products?
Keep them refrigerated at 2–8°C and away from light, or frozen for long-term storage. Read our storage guide.
What if my parcel arrives warm?
Lyophilised compounds are stable at room temperature for short periods. Refrigerate on arrival. If you're concerned, contact us.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard. After you place your order we email you a secure payment link.
Do you have discount codes?
Every product is already 10% off. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the order summary at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
